Tips for Healthy Eating on a Budget

Eating healthier meals can come with a hefty price tag...or so it would seem.

The reality is that heavily processed, unhealthy food only seems cheaper, especially if you factor in the fact that healthy, whole food is the best preventative medicine out there, saving your health and your money in the long run.

With some savviness in the grocery store, and a little creativity, you can have nutrient-dense, delicious tasting eating habits, without having a sky high grocery bill.
