I'M BAAAAACK!!!!!

I always used to use FB for my workouts. I loved you guys! Loved everything about it! And then I left... I thought I would try Crossfit. It was fun at first. Learning new lifting techniques, playing with the big girl weights. But in the past year and a half, I have gained 25 pounds. I quit smoking SEVEN months ago (YAY!!) which I'm sure has contributed to my weight gain. But I really just think my body needs these types of workouts, rather than a lot of weight lifting. So I'm BACK, and ready to get back into shape!!!
