2 years since I started my weight loss journey!

2 years ago I decided to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. In a little over a year I lost 100 pounds and have been working to build muscle ever since.

I didn't know about Fitness Blender when I started my journey but better late than never! K and D changed my approach towards fitness. Instead of going to the gym to do crazy cardio I focus on strength training. I no longer want to be skinny, I want to be STRONG 💪🏻
