What is your “go-to” product / meal?

Whenever I am pressed for time, or when I don’t have many options to choose from, I always opt for buckwheat. To my mind, it is super-food that is nutritious, filling, full of vitamins, delicious and so easy to make, as it doesn’t require any special preparation aside from boiling.

What is your attitude to buckwheat? What do you combine it with?
