This week is in the bag!

This was my fifth overall week training with FB, and the first week I decided to use a 4 day workout split for my weight training (days 1-3 upper body, day 4 legs). Despite catching a cold early on in the week and spending most of Friday in bed fighting a fever, I was still able to power through the week and catch all my exercises. What a great feeling!
