goals -- milestone birthday/year

Hi -- I have been off and on with fitness blender workouts. I'm coming upon my 60th birthday celebration in less than 2 months now -- loving this time of my life, but it is a struggle to regain, and then to keep a solid level of fitness.

Is there anyone here with any suggestions? My head knows what I need to do, it's the follow through that is my issue.
