Today I had to catch up with the scheduled workout day 17 of LI 2, which was a 39 min long wo. But I also wanted to do a spinning session🤔 I switched the planned workout and did a combination of

And then 20 minutes spinning, my legs were really complaining after the HIIT they already had.
Did a nice cooldown, a shower and now sitting on the couch, I can feel my but starting to talk too. It's gonna be an interesting weekend I guess,😏
