Hi FB Community! I used to exercise, but work, a long commute, family, college applications, sicknesses, and excruciating bunion pain have set me back for a long time. I think I last worked out in October. How do I get back into it? Today is my 50th birthday and I am worried I’m just going to head downhill, fast.
I found FB years ago and I used to do their videos on a pretty regular basis. I need a good way to get motivated again. Ideas and encouragement would be much appreciated!
