Finally back at it

So today I completed not only FB Bodyweight Day 17 but also the Extra Credit Burn (100 squat challenge round 2). Also for the first time ever I was able to push and do all the high impact modifications.

This surprised me as I did no exercise on Monday with taking my boyfriend to the doctors and then myself getting sick and not even making it past the warm-up for Tuesday and Wednesday. So yay me.

To everyone dealing with illness, just do a warm-up and see how you respond to that. For 2 days my body said no then suddenly (even when I was expecting it to say no again) I could push it more than I had before I was sick.
