1 today month ago I decided to make the same changes. I was tired of dieting. I feel like I have done that my whole life. I just wanted to live my life and enjoy foods without things being off limits. The only eating habit I changed was I stopped all fast food and eating out. If I want it I have to make it. With that change and working out regular I am happy to say I am down 15lbs! My next goal is to continue on with this and really focus on building my strength. I'll give you all and update in 4 weeks!
