So, this is request for a video/topic I need help with.
I would love to have a fitnessblender workout for hands, palms and feet flexibility. I sit a lot, and work on computer so my hands are very stiffed, and my feet also. I am very aware I can't become ballerina in my twenties, but I would love to be able to move more smoothly and dance better.
