FB burn and reach

Start of week 2 of burn and reach and boy do they burn wrong combination for lower body workouts. I’m definitely seeing some toning in my biceps my problem area is my triceps still a little flabby have to work on those. Went to 1500 cals before and went down to 65.5 but stopped going down tried 1600 and 1700 still won’t move and up by 65.85 I recomputed my calories and ended up to 1800 for lose and 2300 for maintenance I’ll try this for two weeks and see how I go.
