50 + age

Hi Keili and Daniel

Question: I have been following your workouts for well over 2 years now. LOVE THEM - thanks!!! Finding now that i have reached that lovely age of menopause my workouts aren't as effective. I have been seeing lots of articles stating women experiencing menopause should stick more to weight training, minimal cardio, and only 3 times a week. Can you please shed some light on this issue. Getting confused and frustrated with all the info out there.
