Day 3 FB Sweat Kicked by Butt!!

So, I finished my third day of FB Sweat with the burnout butt and thigh workout – strength and HIIT workout for lower body this morning. It kicked my butt, but it feels good.

I ate well yesterday, until dinner, when I had leftover mexican food. Ugh! That said I limited my portion size (justification???). Heading to the store after work to buy a nice salmon for dinner.
