First Day Complete!

I just completed my first day of FB Low Impact! I did the physical fitness test. Boy am I out of shape bad! Ugh I was getting discouraged by the end of the 1 mile run. I live on a hill so the last .2 miles was a pretty good incline. I mostly walked the 1 mile but also did spurts of jogging (in this cold NE winter). By the end of it I was pretty beat! But I did it! Workout complete!
