Surprise me!

Funny story of how I injured my upper back (sort of). I had a cold, lots of coughing and sneezing. This must have stressed the muscles in my upper back because as I was putting on my high impact, crisscross back, need to be a contortionist bra on, pop! It's getting better slowly, but I miss my upper body strength workout!

In the meantime, this is one of my favorites.
