FB Abs r2 d2 #workoutcomplete

Yay for upper body! Today was one of those upper body irregular workouts with Kelli. It was great! I find with Kelli’s dynamic workouts I have to lift less weight. Anyone else find the same? My arms - especially my shoulders - were pretty sore from last week’s FB Flex Week 1, so today’s workout revisited those muscles in a big way!

A quick NSV - I *think* I am seeing more definition in my upper body! Woohoo! This feeling makes it all worth it! I wish I could can this feeling and keep it with me always!
