FBBURN And FB REACH

Day 3 in the bag. This program really lives up to its name. It really burn even on the 1st 20sec of those crunches. I HAD to modify most of them especially those reverse crunches, and I can really feel those leg lift holds. And you feel an extra burn during the pilates with reach program and daniel is right now I can do most of the movements now and I can feel more in my range. It’s been two hours since I finished and I can still feel the body shaking, I guess that means I have to advance my rest day for tommorow.
