A complicated workout

So today I was totally not feeling a workout at all as I've had little to no energy whatsoever. I was trying to figure out if I would just want to do 10 mins upper body workout or a quick yoga routine. I decided to not do any of those and I done some archery instead.

I figured this would be good because it's one of the sports that I love to practice and it also acts as a strength workout for my upper body. It was really fun and I enjoyed myself, I often do archery in the summer as it is lovely weather and there isn't much wind either. Unfortunately the UK has storm Ciara do deal with at this current time so I had to try and play as well as I could with the strong winds, but who cares I enjoyed myself and that's what counts!
