How was you workout/rest today?
I did day 33, well kind of, cause I replaced it with Daniel's most recent Active/static workout, which, let me tell you, is a very special kind of torture... 😅
Week 5 is the first one of this program where I did all 5 workouts on consecutive days. And even though that doesn't really matter, I decided to consider this a victory. It makes me happy. 😂
Now I'm off to eat a homemade pizza with sqash, blue cheese and walnuts. Sounds weird, hopefully it'll be good.
