Weekly Goals: 2/10-2/16

Last week I hit most of my goals. My food could have been a little better, but I would say it was around 75% clean.

From my last post about consistancy, I revealed that I'm struggling with joint pain flare ups. Therefore, I'm adjusting my goals for this week:

3 workout completes- not 3 days in a row - take rest days in between

Save my coffee out for Friday's group meeting

Remember to take my 2nd tumeric supplement after dinner

And drink all the water!
