I missed my workout yesterday, so today, I am jumping back into things with Low Impact 2 Day 2. Today was an upper body - we had a choice of no equipment / antagonistic or strength training (with encouragement to give the antagonist approach a shot!) - so I did do that, with good result. Shaky, burny arms.
Back to work again today - it snowed over the weekend, so we opted to hibernate. It felt really nice; but some chores did not get done as a result. It'll be easier when a run to the store doesn't involve digging my car out of a pile of snow. Or at least, I'm sticking with that excuse lol.
