Week 1 complete!

Wooo I managed to complete my 1st week of low impact round 2 and love it! Excited for week 2! It's a nice change to do different workouts for a change because I usually do heavy weight lifting and HIIT! But it's nice for once to be a bit more easy on the joints and do some low impact and do some resistance bands! todays workout was really fun because it was a change and I never used resistance bands before! my legs were buring and now they are jelly haha 😂
