Bored easily

Hi guys!

I needed a change.

I took a break from the workout programs for now and have been doing individual workouts from FB and also yoga. I’ve also been making it a point to get out in nature more and get back to trail running, which I haven’t done in about 3 years or so. I do miss the structure, but this intermittent path I’m on is really forcing me to listen to my body’s needs. Once I reset my brain from the routine I will be back to the programs and enjoying its structure.

Anyone here also need to take these “resets” every now and then? I wonder if another Bored Easily workout program will launch soon, because I would love to see it!
