Hi program buddies,
How are your doing today? Are you resting or tackling one of those intense workouts Fit 2 has in store for us?
For me, today was day 32, and I loved it. The tiredness I was feeling before the workout disappeared and was replaced by a great dose of energy I used to meal prep for the week with my parents. :) It's the first time we do this, so it took us way longer than it probably was supposed to, but it feels great to have all these meal planned out for the next few days. :)
Anyway, I'm off topic now. How is it going in your part of the (fitness) world? I hope you're having/had a great weekend!
