Hello FB Family, how is everyone this weekend?
Today we've got a free-for-everyone workout that is wonderful for strengthening the back and really the entire core. It's part stretching, part strengthening, and it should feel really good. There are multiple ways that this workout can be used, so be sure to check out the write up to find all of the ways that it may be helpful to you.
Are you guys exercising today? Are you going for a workout video or maybe a walk? An intense HIIT workout or maybe some gentle stretching? Whatever you do, make sure to treat your body to at least a little bit of movement!
