How to maintain after weight loss...

Hi everyone!

I'm currently in the middle of the FB meal plan. It's taught me a whole lot about clean healthy eating. My ultimate goal is to shed some holiday pounds and to learn proper portion control. It's quite an effective meal plan. I'm about to end week 4 and I've lost 9 pounds. I'm doing the plan a second time to lose a little more and continue to learn portion control.

My question is this- has anyone on here ever had success with maintaining their weight loss after coming off a meal plan? I'm wondering if I'll be any good at eating freely without making the mistake of overeating or not staying balanced with my macros. My hope is that I will learn enough to do this. But right now with following the meals and measuring everything it's so easy to stay in control. I'm worried about when I'm not so rigid. Will I lose control and mess up all this work? Looking for support/advice/experience/general feedback. Thanks all! Happy fblending!
