Lower Body and Core-Best workputs to build strength

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations to help me finally focus on strengthening my lower body and core. Over the past few years, I've been in physical therapy every year to address hip pain, either the left or right hip, and now I'm back in again this time for bursitis. I keep hearing from doctors that I have muscle imbalances due to my flat feet, hypermobility, weak core, and tight hips. I've had enough!

I know that I'm stronger and more fit thanks to FB. However, I'm ready to create a plan of action to try and address these issues. Anyone been in this position? What workouts made a difference?
