Pregnancy A-G (accountability group) 7th

Hello!

Day 2 of Blend done!

I HATE kickboxing and it was on the agenda today....but got it done!

I'm amazed that, already, I've gone from 3 workouts per week to 4 already with the week not finished yet! Has definitely helped to start following a programme.

I was at my parents for the day so even brought my weights along!

Tomorrow is HIIT and Abs so I can imagine I'll be doing a lot of modifying.
