Week 4/8 + progress photos

I decided to take halfway point progress photos today. I wasn’t expecting to see a difference just yet but to my surprise, I do see one! Beyond that, my body just feels stronger and my stamina during workouts is way better than it was on day 1.

Taking my measurements simply for curiosity’s sake and it appears I’ve lost an inch in both my hips and my waist. I don’t weigh myself so no idea what the scale says.

I haven’t been tracking my nutrition thus far, keeping my focus instead on eating foods that make me feel good and listening to my hunger cues. Looking forward to smashing the next 4 weeks!
