Thank goodness for pilates!

Hello all, I am doing FB Low Impact round 1. I don't mind saying that I am finding it tough. I am finding my way back to regular workouts after a break. It's quite humbling to se where I am now but that's fine because I know I will get back to where I was in time.

Anyway I have found this week tough and I felt very out of sorts today for whatever reason, I contemplated taking a total rest but when I checked my calendar this was on it:

I was so happy to see it!! I do love pilates and I also think I was so glad it wasn't cardio! Anyway I am so glad I did it I do feel a bit better and I got a good muscle burn going. It was as if Kelli and Daniel had read my mind (and muscles) and sent me the perfect workout!
