Filming new workouts

I filmed two new workouts today! I designed a foam rolling routine for FB Plus, and a bodyweight cardio workout for our library of free workout videos (600 & counting now! 🎉 ). Both were a lot of fun and I felt really good when I was done.

I love foam rolling. I do it most nights of the week, and I’ve taken several trainings on it, so I thought that it was past time that I finally make a video for it. Honestly, it’s a lifesaver for me.

Excited to share these new videos once I’ve got them all edited and written up! Do any of you foam roll? How often? What type of roller is your favorite? Which muscles on your body tend need it the most?

Missed my low impact workout today but I’ll jump back into the program tomorrow (or maybe the next day if I’m sore 🙂). Hope you guys are doing well!
