1st day of low impact complete!

Yay I completed my round 2 of low impact today and I love it! I feel relaxed and accomplished 🤗 I was sick with the flu for a while so I had to put my workout programme on hold until I felt alot better..and as of today I feel even better after doing a nice low impact lower body pilates workout I enjoyed every minute of it and really cant wait for day 2 tomorrow☺️ I hope you're all having a good day and take care 💕
