Upper body today! Which I did dispite being woken up wayyyyy too early this morning by my toddler.
Then I decided I needed a smoothie to get some veggies in this morning.... let's just say I'm not a smoothie connoisseur...... it tastes okay-ish... definitely need to follow a recipe for a while and not try to wing it next time! I was also just working with what I had as I didn't plan on making a smoothie. I had frozen strawberries, added some blueberries, chia, flax seed, oats, spinach and milk. Like I said. It's not award winning, but gets the job done lol!
