Need help targeting tightness

Hi, all! I've been dealing with some serious tension in a very specific spot: right smack dab between the shoulder blades. I feel like I've tried just about every back stretch that should be possible, but can't seem to get that one spot along the upper spine. I'm hoping that there's a stretch I've missed, or that one of them really will work if I keep at it, but which one?

Has anyone out there had tightness right there and identified a good stretch for it? Or done a workout that might help, but may not be obviously labeled? I'd welcome any ideas. Thanks!
