For our FB Plus “40 Minute Dynamic Upper Body Strength Workout for Arms, Shoulders, Chest & Back,” AB/AB format becomes ABC/ABC format with a tough upper body video that tackles muscle burn with the two sets of traditional moves and then tacks on an opportunity to challenge less obvious, smaller supportive muscles with more dynamic exercises.
