Bored Easy Day 1: Swapped with ascending pilates

So, listen. Today was supposed to be day 1 of bored easy but that is a 50 minute lower body strength bahemith that my ovaries were just not going to allow me to do today!

So, I swapped it out for the new 50 minute ascending pilates video which was amazing for my lower body but also for my mental health!

I'm currently eating lunch with half a sandwich with whole wheat bread, uncured turkey, and real pepperjack cheese, mustard and spinach. Half my plate is full of cucumbers, bell peppers, and fancy cherry tomatoes (they are all sorts of colors and oh, so pretty!).

Snack will be a serving of clean ingredient cottage cheese and blueberries. Dinner is veggie loaded sloppy Joe's over a steamed sweet potato and maybe a salad depending on how hungry I am. I'm hoping to not have anything after that, but if I'm hungry I will opt for an apple or maybe a clean ingredient Greek yogurt!
