First post....I'm 42, I have 2 young kids, a hectic career and really over the last year or so, exercise has taken a backseat. I'd used FB previously and got good results, so I'm really happy where I've got to in 4 short weeks of FB Burn (179lb to just under 170 in 4 weeks)
I'd forgotten how much better I feel, both physically as well as mentally, after a good work out, and taking just 45mins of "me time" every day has really helped multiple parts of my daily life.
Thanks to Daniel & Kelli for the inspiration and giving me the tools to change the way I feel.
