Lowering the weights

Hello Everyone !

I have a little issue right now, and I don't know what to do about it...

I'm practising workouts with FB since almost 2 years now, everyday except the Friday and Saturday that I are my recovery days.

Since +/- 2 weeks, my ability to pick weight I use regulary for strenght training is going downhill.

I don't know what's happening, I feel that my muscle can't take it anymore.

I eat clean, I try to have an healthy lifestyle, I do yoga everyday too.

Is it normal that at some point in my journey I have to lower the amount of weight I'm lifting just like that ?

Isn't it supposed to be the opposite, that with time I could have been able to increase it ?

I'm really confused.
