I'm 22 years old, 160 cm tall and i weigh 70 kg. I'm doing 3 to 5 exercices a week (20 - 40 minutes each) for 2 months and 2 weeks now. For 2 months i ate just like i ate before i joined fitnessblender. What bothers me the most is that i had lost only 2 kg in this 2 months. I think i'm not doing my exercices wrong and that the main problem here is my eating habit. I would like to hear about how you've changed your eating habits step by step. I know that if i start to cut down calories, sugar and everything at the same time, it would be hard for me. How to start making changes? Where to start? I also don't know how to keep motivated. Do you have any recommendations, advice?
