January Complete

I’m quite happy with my January! My workouts are probably much, much shorter and lower intense than most other folks here. But I’m particularly glad about how my relationship with physical exercise has changed over months of working out with FB—as you can see in this calendar, it’s becoming a habit for me to take 15, 20, 25 minutes of my day to get moving with deliberate, balanced workouts (albeit short & low impact), and I’m very grateful for FB for making this improvement possible.
