I am going to be busy tomorrow morning, so I thought I would post my goals for this coming week now while I had a minute.
Reflecting on last week: Not so great. I don't even want to talk about it, so moving right along....
This week's goals are:
4 workout completes
no more than 1 coffee out
eat all meals at home
eat 80% clean
I'm kind of happy that my crappy week fell on the last week of the month. I feel like I can easily reset with the changing of the month!
