50min FBPlus hiit and lower body...pregnant! Woop!

This is the longest and toughest session I've done since finding out I was pregnant (at 15weeks now). I was totally ready to modify things, but I was fine! I used weights, I did some jumping. Slightly modified a few things, like doing high knee pauses instead of constant high knees (as one example). The only thing I modified significantly:

Walk Down Planks with Shoulder Taps - didn't want to do planks as they should be avoided to prevent stomach muscles tearing.

Instead, I used the wall and stayed at an incline on it and tapped my shoulders non stop.

The whole workout was AWESOME. I felt like I could do loads on some HIIT exercises and I could choose to do slightly less on others. Also, as usual, I focused on form over speed. It was so nice to feel like my old self a little bit, actually able to do HIIT!!

Woop!
