Whew! What a month! I decided to pick it up a notch after a very off-and-on few months and go all out by promising myself not to miss too many days in a row. Month 1 for FBfit#2 in the books and hoping for a similar February.
After that I'm thinking about purchasing strong or mass to supplement my plans to do low-impact with my soon-to-be retired mom. It'll be a change of pace for me, but I want to help motivate her by working out with her. She is so ready for retirement and wants to change health wise. I'm happy for her and cannot wait to help her along. She is such a workhorse, she is so deserving of her upcoming freedom. It's going to be fun to see her enjoy this.
