Lower Body Strength and Endurance Challenge

Are you ready for an incredibly challenging lower body strength routine...without weights?

Not only will this routine give you a great lower body workout, but it is also a great reminder of the ease of adjusting any particular routine’s difficulty level by making some small adjustments.

For this routine, whether you consider yourself a beginner or a veteran exerciser, the fundamentals of each move are exactly the same. The only real differences are: full or limited range of motion, more or less added weight, and more or less intensity of the movement.
