Same HIIT, different day

I’m wondering if doing the same HIIT workout 3x/week is as beneficial as it would be changing it every time? I have my “go to” HIIT routine that I would do all the time, but I’m thinking maybe my body would get so accustomed to it that eventually it wouldn’t be as effective. Is that possible? I know in the workout programs they use a variety of HIIT so I don’t know if that’s an indication that I should be switching it up...🤷🏻‍♀️
