Hey lovely Blenders!
Today I was doing a lower body workout with Daniel, and I realized that somehow Kelli and Daniel have different versions of side lunges? Kelli has her feet somewhat closer together and toes pointed forward, and when she lunges, it's more like she's "above" the leg (almost like a squat). And Daniel has his toes pointed out and legs further apart and his knees go to the side as well.
I tried both versions and somehow Daniel's version does not touch as many muscles for me as Kelli's version. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
Do you have any ideas or experience about the two "versions" of side lunges and how they "should feel"? I'm very interested in your experiences! :)
