FLEXing up my Saturday ๐Ÿ˜„ +strength gains

I did extra credit for my warm-up and the cannonball circuit for burnout; I LOVE this FB sandwich. My muscles are pretty much dead by the end of a workout, but since delt definition is a major goal, I always do a little extra for them. The burnout I did today has some very awkward rotations, but I noticed that my range of motion has expanded and Iโ€™m stronger in some

of the weak spots I was struggling with before. Yay!

Also, is anyone else significantly stronger or more flexible on once side, over the other? It seems Iโ€™m stronger on the left, but have better flexibility and balance on the right. So strange and very frustrating. I know imbalance is common, but itโ€™s also annoying!
