Nothing but cardio in today's w/o. Not my favourite thing to do but I pushed through it. I kept repeating to myself "This is the last video in the program; c'mon give it all you got!; don't get sloppy; watch your form; oh, when will it end?!" Then Kelli said Workout Complete, to which I added PROGRAM COMPLETE! 😄😄😄
Next week I'll be concentrating on stretching, flexibility, and some yoga/Pilates. After that I've scheduled the Abs Program, followed by Burn Round 2 probably.
