First pregnancy pilates class and I will not workout beforehand next week!!

Well....I thought Pregnancy Pilates would likely be too easy for me at 14weeks pregnant and having done fitness blender for almost 2 years. GUESS AGAIN!

This class was amazing! Tough, really tough. So, suddenly when we had to go on all fours and balance one forearm on a small squeeze ball while lifting the other arm...HOLY MOLY. That was when I said "oh boy...I shouldn't have done upper body this morning."

It gave me such great modifications to apply to my fitness blender videos :)

Can't wait to go next week!! I feel like I'm going to learn loads that I can apply to my usual exercises whilst pregnant.
